Edit ticket types

In the section you can customize the name of the ticket type and translate it into different languages. Once you have assigned a key number to the ticket type, it cannot be changed afterwards.

Various rights can be set in the section. User permissions are the rights that override all other rights. You can also define rights per role permission or per group or per main group rights.
