Time Stamp Clock for Weekly Reports

By means of the time stamp clock you can create worklogs (time records) for the entire week, get a tabular overview and quickly enter your time information into the weekly report.

Using the time stamp clock

Open the main menuimages/download/thumbnails/378767662/Hauptmen%C3%BC_img.png and select theimages/download/thumbnails/378768029/Zeitstechuhr_EN_img.png in the "Field Service" area under "Weekly reports".

The user interface presents two submenus to you. The first one displays the number and the name of the selected resource. The drop-down menu of the resource name contains its main group and group membership. The time recording clock (attendance clock) is operated via the following three buttons:

  • images/download/thumbnails/378767283/Pausenzeitstich_img.png Start pause time

  • images/download/thumbnails/378767454/Zeitstichstopp_img.png Stop active time

Start the recording of a time stamp by clicking on the appropriate button with the mouse. A time record has to last for at least five minutes. Switch between the different time stamps with a mouse click on the respective button, to stop the recording use theimages/download/thumbnails/378767454/Zeitstichstopp_img.png button.

The second submenu "Attendance time current week" offers a detailed table containing all time stamps, their durations as well as the status of the time records. Sort the results as you like by clicking on the column name.
