With SmartSearch, you can quickly find relevant documents and information that may be helpful, for example, when planning and executing an assignment or processing a ticket.

Call up SmartSearch

Go to the General section via the main menu and select under . The section is also available in Tickets and Assignments.

Intelligent Search

Based on the information entered in the object so far (e.g., title and selected machine), SmartSearch delivers results that are useful for further processing or solving the problem. These can be documents (e.g., commissioning instructions, system documentation, test reports) as well as data from the Innosoft system itself, such as other tickets or assignments for machines of the same type with a similar problem description.

The results

The information that appears in the results list is prioritized and sorted by SmartSearch.

You can refine your search by clicking on highlighted items. A new search will open above the current search results.

It is possible to close all sheets that were opened by the drilldown with a single action. Select the button in the upper right corner.

You can open search results in a new tab instead of in the sheet.

Another action allows you to copy a path.

Data sources can now be named, and the name is displayed in the search.
