Working with Weekly Reports
A weekly report is a list of all working times that a resource has performed within a week. If the resource has created service reports and entered working times there, these are automatically transferred into the weekly report.
However, if the resource has times that were not "productive", you can enter them directly in the weekly report. This allows non-customer-related activities (such as warehouse work and office work) to be recorded in the weekly report.
New weekly reports are presented on the dashboard.
