Edit number ranges

The following settings are available:

• Smallest possible number: Define the start value from which the number range starts counting up.
  

• Largest possible number: Set the final value up to which the number range may count up at maximum.

• Prefix: This value is prefixed to the number range.

• Suffix: This value is appended at the end of the number range.

• Description: Enter a long text description of the respective number range.
  

For classic mobile field service technicians, "Technician number range (min)" and "Technician number range (max)" must be within the number range. With Technician number range (min) to (max) you can reserve an area that is used for classic mobile field service. This range must be skipped in the head office. For example, you can define the number range from 1 to 1,000,000 and the technician range 500,000 to 900,000. If the central number range has reached 500,000, the next Id drawn is 900,001.

• Technician number range (min): Specify the lower limit of the number range for technicians in the number range between the "Smallest possible number" and the "Largest possible number".

• Technician number range (max): Here you specify the upper limit of the range for technicians in the number range between the "Smallest possible number" and the "Largest possible number".
