Time Recording for other Resources (Other times)

If the Site Manager Function is active, you can enter additional working times for other resources in addition to the times entered in the images/download/thumbnails/596476272/Zeiten_Stoppuhr_EN_img.png section.

The additional times can then be distributed in the FSM to other service reports that are linked to the main service report.

Record times

Go to the images/download/thumbnails/596477045/Weitere-Zeiten_EN_img.png section of a service report. Click images/download/thumbnails/596476023/Neu_Icon_EN_img.png , to create a new time stamp. Enter the correct date and select the relevant resource.

If the resource you are looking for cannot be selected, it must first be assigned to the project. Then click the images/download/thumbnails/596476238/Daten-neu-laden_EN_img.png button in the service reports overview.

Under "Type", specify the appropriate time type (e.g., working time or travel time). Specify the time period ("From" - "Until") for which the time stamp should apply. Add further details such as kilometers driven under "Distance" or enter the machine used.

Repeat these steps for all other time stamps and resources that are to be recorded.

Distribute times

With the help of the images/download/thumbnails/596477051/Verteile-externe-Zeiten_EN_img.png action, the times entered are distributed into separate service reports. However, this does not apply to external resources that are not available in the master data. You will then find the new service report numbers in the "Service report" column. By clicking on the service report number, you can directly call up the respective document.

All service reports created in this way are also listed in the images/download/thumbnails/596477048/Verkn%C3%BCpfte-Serviceberichte_EN_img.png section.

Sort table

For example, if you drag the column header "Resource" to the designated area, additional information about the resources will be displayed (resource number, resource/project resource). For more tips on sorting tables, see the article Working with Tables .
