In the section of the General settings, you can activate the machine dependency. In this case the machine main group and the machine group are displayed depending on the machine type. With the option Activate machine rights, you can set per user whether the user has rights to edit or read the machines.

You can configure the machine types. You can also set the machine main groups and determine for which machine type the main group is displayed if the corresponding option is active. You can also edit the machine group and set the machine types for which the machine group is displayed when the option is active. The status values of the machines can also be set (e.g. active or passive).
