Contact Person - Technical Details
Authorizations
To create and edit contact persons you need within the "Settings" under
in the
in the
section the basic rights "2 Write and read access" for "Basic data".
The approval process allows changes and new entries of contacts submitted via the app to be accepted or rejected. This feature can be activated in the General settings in the
section under "General" via the sub-item Use 'Approve changes' for contact persons.
Corresponding database tables
Contact person data are stored in the following tables:
VKUNPART: In this table all contact persons are saved.
NUKREIS: In this table in the column "ART" and row "AP" the format for the automatically assigned contact person number is specified and the current contact person number is displayed.
