General

You can make settings that apply to the selected main group. You can enter the name of the main group in the user language in the "Name" field. You can specify the calendar that is used for the main group in the "Calendar" field. You can also enter the time zone of the subgroup in the "Time zone" field. You can assign a country to the main group in the "ISO code" field. The ISO code of a country consists of 2-3 letters and is, for example, "DEU" for Germany.

Language-dependent settings

Here you can translate the main group into the set languages. You can see which languages are set for the main group in the languages region. With the button all languages not filled in are translated with the user language. If you select a translation and then press the button , the unfilled languages are translated with the translation of the selected language. If you want to delete all translations of the main group, click on the button .

You can control the available languages for a main group. If a language is no longer needed, it can be disabled.

Service reports

You can define the time type scheme of a service report for a main group. If you want to activate units in the time records, the option "Show unit at time records" must be active.

If the setting "Display distance field for travel times in the following unit" is activated, you can specify the unit for the distances in the "Unit" field. If you set the return journey mode for the mobile user and the user in the central, then this applies to the corresponding main group. The functionality is explained in the article for the Settings in the Service Reports section.

In the section, all look-up values that are dependent on the main group can be edited. This section is only visible if the general setting "Use main group functionality" is active.
