Call up "Analysis of assignment time" evaluation

Open the main menu and select the "Statistics" section. Now use the link .

Specify the following parameters for the evaluation:

• From – until: Define the period of time for the evaluation.

• Group: Select one or more groups from the list.

• Main Group: You can determine one or more main groups from the list.

The groups are listed according to user permissions. Click on the "x“ next to a group name in order to remove the corresponding group from the evaluation.

Confirm your selection with "OK" and the view is opened or updated. The overview displays the assignment times in calendar weeks. Use the tabs "Month" or "Quarters" to change the view. Using the arrow buttons within the title bar of the graph, you can scroll backward or forward one page at a time, in case the selected period is longer than the displayed time axis.

Planned times are displayed as columns and differentiated according to the following identifier types:

• Times absent

• Internal times

• Address-related times

• Project-related times

If you click on a bar in the diagram, a drilldown opens. The drilldown shows an evaluation in the form of a pie chart of the identifier type and the percentage shares per identifier type for the previously clicked period. By clicking on the pie chart you open another drilldown evaluation. This also shows a percentage evaluation of the identifiers for the identifier type in the form of a pie chart.

You can return to the previous overviews by clicking on the respective evaluation title in the title bar.
