Cash Expenses

This section provides you with an overview of all cash expenses related to the service report. To sort the table, click on the column title, which will arrange the entries in ascending or descending order.

Edit cash expenses

You can add a new cash expense by clicking the images/download/thumbnails/494469237/Neu_Icon_EN_img.png button. To edit a cash expense, first select the cash expense via the checkbox and click on the images/download/thumbnails/494469243/Editieren_Stift_EN_img.png button. If you want to remove cash expenses, select the entries in the table and click the images/download/thumbnails/494469456/L%C3%B6schen_X_weiss_EN_img.png button.

For the columns "Type of cash expense", "Free of charge key" and "Machine", you can use the search images/download/thumbnails/494470459/Objekt_suchen_Lupe_img.png button. For the type of cash expense, you can also type letters contained in the desired cash expense type into the field and select your result from the drop-down list that appears.

Click on the images/download/thumbnails/494470286/Dokumente_B%C3%BCroklammer_img.png - button in the documents column to add invoices or receipts to the cash expense. Further information can be found in the article Attachment of Documents.

In the return journey mode you can edit the cash expenses which have been recorded after the signing in the mode "Time records and cash expenses can be added". The other cash expenses can not be edited. In the return journey mode "After signing read-only" you can not add new cash expenses or edit existing cash expenses. If the mode "Completely open" is set, you can edit all cash expenses including the cash expenses which have been added before the signing. The setting is made in the images/download/thumbnails/494469769/Service-Reports_Text_EN_img.png section of the General Settings.
