Navigating in Objects

In the Innosoft Service Management System there are different objects like tickets, projects or assignments. In all these objects information is displayed in the areas. You can call up these areas via the navigation bar, which is located on the left side of the screen.

Navigate in an object

Call up an object. A navigation bar is located in the left area. You can collapse this bar with images/download/thumbnails/494470932/Navigationsleiste_ausblenden_img.png and expand it again with images/download/thumbnails/494470937/Navigationsleiste_einblenden_img.png . If the navigation bar is collapsed, only the icons of the navigation bar are displayed. If you click on an icon, the corresponding area of the object opens. If the navigation bar is expanded, the names of the areas are displayed in addition to the icons. Click on a designation to call up the associated object area. Some areas may only be displayed if you have previously fulfilled certain requirements. For more information about these prerequisites, see the specific object articles.

In the navigation bar, in addition to the areas, there are also actions that you can perform to further process the object. You can find more information on actions in the chapter Perform actions on objects.
