Faults

This evaluation displays in a bar chart the distribution of tickets to the different fault codes for the selected period of time. It differentiates between open and closed tickets.

Access the evaluation "Distribution of the fault codes"

Open the main menu images/download/thumbnails/494470919/Hauptmen%C3%BC_img.png , go to "Statistics" and select the link images/download/thumbnails/494471310/St%C3%B6rungen_EN_img.png under images/download/thumbnails/494470763/Kundenmanagement_men%C3%BC_EN_img.png .

Set the following parameters for the evaluation:

  • From - Until: Specify the time interval of the evaluation.

  • Machine type: Select one or more machine types from the drilldown list to which you want to limit the evaluation of tickets. To remove a machine type from evaluation, click on the "x" next to the corresponding name.

Confirm your choice with a click on "OK" and the view is opened or updated.

The bar chart shows the number of tickets that have been assigned a fault code in the selected time period. Open tickets are highlighted in red and tickets marked with green are set to the status 'closed'.

A click on one of the bars opens a drilldown. This drilldown breaks down the causes for the respective fault code in form of a bar chart with the same colour distinction between open and closed tickets. This drilldown view contains the additional parameter "Fault" which is transferred when opening the drilldown and can be changed if necessary.
