More Sections and Actions in the Service Report

Sections of the Service Report

  • E-mail: Use this table to keep track of the e-mail addresses of all persons involved. You can add a new e-mail address using the images/download/thumbnails/494469237/Neu_Icon_EN_img.png button, edit it using the images/download/thumbnails/494469243/Editieren_Stift_EN_img.png button or delete it using the images/download/thumbnails/494469456/L%C3%B6schen_X_weiss_EN_img.png button.

  • Account assignment: Select between "Total" and "Per day" and see the list of working hours, their position and type.

  • Information: Select the contact on site, calendar, group and branch office from the drop-down lists. Mandatory fields marked with * have to be filled in. Click on the service engineer or the contact on site to open the contact details and you can contact the persons directly. The assignment number (PIndex) and the contractor are also displayed. You can add the cost centre in the corresponding text field.

  • Documents for the assignment: This tabular overview of documents related to the assignment can be edited and downloaded by using the corresponding buttons. For more information about handling documents read the article "Attachment of Documents".

  • Documents for the service report: You can save all documents related to the service report. Use this section in the same way as the images/download/thumbnails/494469505/Dokumente-zum-Einsatz_EN_img.png section.

Actions in the Service Report

  • Transfer to mobile app: The service report is released for editing in the mobile app and can then no longer be edited in the FSM.

  • Transfer to mobile client: The service report can be edited in the mobile field service and is then not editable in FSM.

  • Transfer into FSM: The service report will no longer be editable by mobile users.

  • Activate temporary editing: The service report can now be edited as long as the window is open.

  • Distribute external times: A new service report is created for each resource with the externally reported times (LBZLISTEXT).

  • Rebook Report: With this function , you can rebook the report to another assignment. Clicking on images/download/thumbnails/494469719/Beleg-umbuchen_EN_img.png opens the assignment search. Click on the corresponding project number to select the assignment. Then save your changes by clicking on images/download/thumbnails/494471040/Speichern-Haken-gr%C3%BCn_img.png .

  • Copy: The header data, times, cash expenses, documents and the associated individual tables are copied. Depending on the general settings, you can select some sections for copying. Then use the assignment search to specify an assignment from a list for the same project. After starting the search, click on the desired assignment and accept it with images/download/thumbnails/494471061/%C3%9Cbernehmen_img.png .

  • Create PDF: The images/download/thumbnails/494469513/PDF-erzeugen-Text_Drucker_EN_img.png function calls up a report file that displays the service report. You can specify the report file in the "servicereport.json" file, if you want to override the default.
