Vaccinations

In the section you can specify several vaccinations for a resource. With a click on the - button you can enter a new vaccination. For this purpose, an editing view opens in which you must either enter the name of the vaccination through a selection list or enter the name in the text field. You must also enter the date of the vaccination in the entry "Vaccination date". Afterwards, you can save the vaccination by clicking on the -button.

For the tool "Reminder.exe", "No reminder "and "Advance warning time [days]" are important. In the tool you can see whether the vaccination has expired. The field "E-mail" can be read by the "Info-Tool". Several email addresses can be entered comma-separated in the field. A job must then be stored in the "Info-Tool" which reacts to the expiry of the vaccination. It is important for the email dispatch that the "Innosoft FileSender" is also set up.

In the section, you can add files to the vaccination.

To edit an existing vaccination, select the line and can click on the -button. If you want to remove a vaccination, then you must click on the -button.
