Times

In the "Times" section of the service report, the time records linked to the document are saved and you have the option to edit the assignment times manually. The stored times are presented to you in the form of a table. By clicking on the column header, you sort the table in ascending or descending order. You can expand and collapse the view of individual days.

Edit time record

Use theimages/download/thumbnails/299598659/2019-12-10_14h47_16.png button to enter new assignment times, edit existing entries using the images/download/thumbnails/299598663/2019-12-10_15h11_03.png button or remove them by clicking on the images/download/thumbnails/299598814/2019-12-10_15h11_10.png button.

In the mandatory fields marked with * you register the "Date", the start ("From") and end ("Until") times of the assignment section, the "Type" of the assignment and the "Time shift". Use the available drop-down menus and shortcuts to existing selection lists, which you can access via the images/download/thumbnails/299599314/image2019-2-4_12-0-14.png icon. You can remove an incorrect selection using the images/download/thumbnails/299599298/L%C3%B6schen_trash-alt_img.png button.

In the return journey mode you can edit the time records which have been recorded after the signing in the mode "Time records and cash expenses can be added". The other time records cannot be edited and the time types are limited in this mode. From the dynamic time types only those are available which have been added after the signing. If the standard time types are used only break times and return journey times are available. In the return journey mode "After signing read-only" you cannot add new time records or edit existing time records. If the mode "Completely open" is set, you can edit all time records including time records which have been added before the signing.
