Resources
In the section
under "General settings" you can make various settings for the resources.
General
Here you can specify if the colour of the resource should be used in the Planning board. The colour can be set for each resource in the
section.
Type of resource
You can create a new type of resource with
. To do this, you must specify a name for the new resource type. Click a line to
or to
a resource type. A resource type can only be removed if it is not used.
Branch office
If you want to create a new branch office, click on
. For a new branch office, you must specify a 2-digit key and also a name. To edit a branch office, click on
. You can remove a branch office with
if it is not used.
Passwords for visas
To create a new password, you need to click on
. When you create a new password, you must enter an appropriate name. You can edit a password with
and delete it with
.
Duration of stay for visas
You can add a new duration of stay to the list with
. Then you need to choose an appropriate name for the duration of stay. For editing a duration of stay, click on
. You can delete a duration of stay with
.
Usage of visas
If you want to add a new usage of visas to the list, click on
. Give the new usage of visa a name to save it. You can edit an usage with
and delete it with
.
Number of stays per visa
If you want to create a new number of stays per visa, click on
. You need to give a new number of stays per visa an appropriate name. To edit a number of stays, click
