Authorizations

To create and edit contact persons you need within the "Settings" under "Administration" in the in the section the basic rights "2 Write and read access" for "Basic data".

Corresponding database tables

Contact person data are stored in the following tables:

• VKUNPART: In this table all contact persons are saved.

• NUKREIS: In this table in the column "ART" and row "AP" the format for the automatically assigned contact person number is specified and the current contact person number is displayed.
