Call up the Interactive Slot Search setting

Open the main menu , switch to the "Settings" area, go to under "Administration" and open the section .

Options for the Interactive Slot Search

• User: Use the symbol to select the user with the settings to be edited.

• Planning board: Route graduation: Save as many route lengths to colour markings in the planning board as you like. Example: In case of a route length of 20 kilometres (between the technician's current location and his place of work), the route appears in green colour.

• Expanding view of business hours by x hours: Set the number of hours which will be added to the regular opening hours during the slot search. Example: A company regularly opens from 09:00 to 17:30. You entered an expanding view by two hours. The slot search returns search results with opening hours until 19:30.

• Use GoogleMaps up to x KM bee-line: Enter the radius (in kilometres bee-line) for which Google Maps creates the map around the location. Example: You entered 100 kilometres. Google Maps shows the radius of 100 kilometres bee-line starting from the location.

• Restrict (main-) group: Restrict the (main-) group to reduce the search results to the (main-) group of the assignment from the worklist.
