Times
In the "Times" section of the service report, the time records linked to the document are saved and you have the option to edit the assignment times manually. The stored times are presented to you in the form of a table. By clicking on the column header, you sort the table in ascending or descending order. You can expand and collapse the view of individual days.
Edit time record
Use the
button to enter new assignment times, edit existing entries using the
button or remove them by clicking on the
button.
In the mandatory fields marked with * you register the "Date", the start ("From") and end ("Until") times of the assignment section, the "Type" of the assignment and the "Time shift". Use the available drop-down menus and shortcuts to existing selection lists, which you can access via the
