E-mails can be sent from the Innosoft system in various ways, i.e. directly from out of following objects:
address
contact person
dynamic report
machine
article (material)
assignment
project
resource
service report
ticket
weekly report
Accessing the e-mail function
If you are in one of the above-mentioned areas, click on the button

Sending an e-mail
The name and e-mail address of the sender are taken from your user profile and entered automatically.
To enter the e-mail addresses of one or more recipients, you have three options: "Add user", "Add contact person" or "Add e-mail". If you click on "Add user", you can select a registered e-mail address from the list of Innosoft users. To do this click on the lines of the useres to be added and confirm your selection by clicking on the button

Select "Add contact person" to use the stored e-mail address of a contact person.
To enter any e-mail address, click on "Add e-mail" and then on the

Similarly, you can set further recipient addresses to copy ("CC E-mail") or blind copy ("BCC E-mail").
To address all users or all contact persons, click on the "Add users" or "Add contact persons" link, select the

To remove a recipient, click again on the previously selected link "Add user", "Add contact person" or "Add e-mail". The selected names are displayed above the table. Click on the name of the user or contact person to be deleted. For "Add e-mail", click the

Enter a meaningful title for the e-mail in the "Subject" field. If you want to attach documents, pictures or other files to the e-mail, click on "Add local file" under "Attachments" to open the explorer for file upload. Then enter the text of the e-mail in the "E-mail" section; you can use the offered editor functions for text formatting.
To send the e-mail, click on the action
on the left.

Using e-mail templates
If you want to use an e-mail template, click on the action
on the left. All templates which are available in the system will then be displayed. Select a template by clicking on the underlined number in the column "Keys". The field "Subject" and the text of the e-mail will be filled automatically with the stored data.
If you have selected a standard template for the respective object, this will be preselected. If you have selected a template for which there is multilingual content, a dialogue opens. Select which language is to be used for the template.
