Find Appropriate Resource for an Assignment
If you have already created an assignment in a worklist or for a resource and specified the time schedule, you can specify the search for a suitable resource for this assignment more precisely by specifying the required skills and taking free capacities into account.
Search for suitable resources
You activate slot planning in the planning board by clicking on the

-symbol in the "Display" section and then selecting "Interactive slot search".
As a result, you get a list of suitable resources below the planning board and the display of "Free Slots", which are marked in colour within the planning board.
Select the "Address Line 1" to make changes to the required skills in the "Required Skills" area. Therefor click on the category and reduce or increase the skill level using the arrows.
To assign the assignment to a resource, right-click on the free slot of the resource you have selected and then select the option "Use free slot".
You close the slot planning by clicking on the

Edit resource filter
If you want to disable or change the resource filter, click on the button

and then in the section "Filter lines" on

. Click on the lines of the resources to be selected and confirm with the

If you do not need the resource filter any longer, select the
