You can adjust various filter settings in the following fields:

Main group: Here you can select one or more superordinate groups to be displayed in the planning board. All other main groups are hidden.
Group: Here you select one or more groups to be displayed in the planning board. All other groups are no longer displayed in the planning grid.
Branch office: With this filter you determine which branches are displayed in the planning board and which remain hidden.
Resource type: You use this to define which resource types are displayed in the planning board and which are hidden.

Code: Here you can select one or more identification codes. All other identifiers are filtered out of the planning board.

Filter templates

The Innosoft system offers the possibility to save filter templates for the resource planning. The filter templates are defined per user. Each user can create, edit and delete his own filter templates. If a template is defined as "Default" it is automatically taken into account when the planning board is loaded. In the drop-down list "Filter name" you will find all filter templates that have already been created. If you select an existing filter template, the filter settings are loaded and the planning board is displayed according to these filter settings. If you click on , you can edit or delete this filter template. By clicking the link you can create a new filter template and save it afterwards. A maximum of one standard template per user can be defined. Filters can be redefined via the buttons "Reset filter" and "Reset".
