Translations
In Field Service Management, you can maintain your own translations or renamings.
You access the "Translations" area via the main menu
and the "Settings" section. There under "Administration" you select the link "Translations" next to the icon
.
Now a list of translations is displayed to you . The first column contains the "key" which is used for this translation. In the second column "Basic translation" the default translation for the language currently selected by you is shown. The third column contains customer translations, in case that such translations have been individually entered beforehand.
Access key/translation
You can start the search for the terms to be translated for each column within the text field below the column header. Choose an entry from the list to display the translations entered there.
To return from the search result to the complete list, deactivate the filter by clicking on the symbol

Change designation/translation
You select the languages to be translated from the list in the line below the table. You remove languages from the editing area by clicking the listed language within this line. Now enter your changes in the input lines below the table. Finally, confirm your entries by clicking on the icon

Input of new keys
To create a new key, click on the icon
on the left side. After you have entered the text for the key, the text appears below the table. Select the languages to be translated and enter the translation texts for the respective languages. Save your entries by clicking on the
icon. You can now access the newly created key via the search in the list.
