Infotool jobs

In this view you can control the infotool. Assign a Name for the infotool job. It Define a SQL, because without SQL the job has no effect. You can specify what you want to do with the job in the Description field.

The Value of frequency and the Type of frequency indicate how often the job will be executed. With the Reaction, you can trigger various processes after the job, such as generating a report.

With the checkbox Sequential, the behaviour of the SQL queries and reactions can be changed. If the option is on, the reaction and the following SQL are executed alternately. If the action is not active, all reactions are executed first and then the follow-up SQL.

If you want to ensure that the job is not processed when the job is executed, activate the option Lock.

The Start time specifies the time from which the job is to be executed.

In the SQL section you can define an SQL with the images/download/thumbnails/378767050/Neues_SQL_EN_img.png -button. If a SQL already exists, then you can use the images/download/thumbnails/378767055/SQL_bearbeiten_EN_img.png -button for editing.

You can define several following SQLs in the Following SQL section. The SQLs are always carried out after the main SQL and you can therefore use the data of the main SQL as parameters in the following SQLs.

With the images/download/thumbnails/378767706/Freigeben.PNG - button you can activate the job, so that it will be executed. To deactivate the job click on theimages/download/thumbnails/378767723/Deaktivieren_Daumen-runter_rot_img.png -button.
